Marc Knobel est attaché de recherches
au centre Simon Wiesenthal. En 1996 et 1997, il a été autdiotnné
sur ce sujet par la Commission nationale consultative des Droits de l'Homme
(CNCDH) à Paris. Il vient d'être auditionné le 12 novembre
1997 par les Nations Unie, à genève. Lors du séminaire
International sur le rôle d'Internet au regard des disposition de
la Convention Internationale sur l'élimnatin de toutes les formes
de discrimination raciale, Marc knobel a présenté à
cette occasion le rapport interactif (CD-Rom) qui a été réalisé
par le Centre Simon Wiesenthal, "racism, Mayhem and Terrorisme, the
Emergence of an OnLine Subculture of Hate". Ce rapport identifie prés
de 600 sites antisémites et racistes, extrémistes, intégristes
islamistes et terroristes.
Mr. Marc Knobel is a research attache
at the Simon Wiesenthal Center. In 1996 and 1997 he spoke before the National
Consultative Commission on Human Right (CHCDH) in Paris about the Internet.
On November 12, 1997, he spoke on the same subject before the United Nations
Organization in Geneva. At the international conference on Internet ant
the provisions of the International Agreement to eliminate all forms of
racial discrimination, Marc Knobel presented and interactive (CD-ROM) report
prepared by the Simon Wiesenthal Center Entiled "Racism, Mayhem and
Terrorism, the Emergence of an OnLine Subculture of Hate."This report idientifies close to 600 sites wich diffuse anti-Semitic, racist, extremist, fundamentalist, radical Islamic or terrorist theories.
